Rekar

Romulan officer under Sub-commander Almak. In 2374, Rekar stole the U.S.S. Prometheus, but was eventually defeated by two EMHs, the Doctor and the EMH - 2. During his brief time aboard the Prometheus, Rekar became the first person to use the multi-vector attack mode while engaged in combat.
