Planet: Bre'el IV. Humanoid members of the Federation whose homeworld became threatened by a falling asteroidal moon until its orbit was restored by the entity known as "Q." Bre'ellians have blunt noses, knobbed crania and deep-set eye pockets with practically no jaw movement when speaking.
