Miles from Tomorrowland, an upcoming science-based adventure cartoon series, will feature the voices of two Star Trek veterans in recurring roles. George Takei (of The Original Series) and Wil Wheaton (of The Next Generation) are the Trek stars who'll be heard on Miles from Tomorrowland, which will debut Feb. 6 on Disney Junior.
According to the trade paper Variety, "the half-hour toon incorporates science facts, with the help of consultants from NASA and the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, among other experts, into the journey of young adventurer Miles Callisto and his family as they travel the galaxy via the Tomorrowland Transit Authority, an obvious nod to Disneyland."
