Star Trek The Official Starships Collection has released the first official images of issue 29, the Jem'Hadar fighter. The Jem'Hadar fighter -- also referred to as an attack ship or patrol ship -- was a small type of warship that formed the bulk of the Dominion fleet and appeared on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. Jem’Hadar fighters were used in a variety of roles, including scouting missions, patrol duties and leading assault forces. If a species resisted Dominion rule, or failed to comply with the demands of the Founders, Jem’Hadar fighters would be deployed to enforce their will.
