It’s the question Star Trek fans have been asking for nearly 30 years: What the heck happened to Khan Noonien Singh between the TOS episode “Space Seed” and Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan? Well, it’ll be answered once and for all on January 12, when IDW Publishing lifts the veil on Star Trek: Khan: Ruling in Hell #4. And while we won’t spoil the big surprise, we’ve got an exclusive first look at some imagery straight from IDW and can tell you that in the story war is raging on Ceti Alpha V and Khan, reacting in kind following the calamitous events depicted in #3, rallies his followers for a climactic battle for supremacy on the planet.

Star Trek: Khan: Ruling in Hell #4, like its predecessors, is written by Scott and David Tipton, with art by Fabio Mantovani and a Michael Stribling cover. Ruling in Hell #4 runs 32 pages long, costs $3.99 and will be available at comic retail stores.  For additional details, contact your local comic book retailer or visit www.comicshoplocator.com to find a store near you.
