Dawson, Frakes and 8 More Set for Trek Vegas

Creation Entertainment's Official Star Trek Convention in Las Vegas, set to be held August 6-9, continues to warp closer and closer to its goal of 100 Star Trek celebrities. Creation has just revealed the next 10 guests locked in for the weekend, bringing the total to date to 80 Trek guests.

Now on board are Jonathan Frakes, Jennifer Hettrick, Judson Scott, William Morgan Sheppard, Elizabeth Dennehy, Manu Intiraymi, Evan English, Tracee Cocco and Don Marshall. And the honor of serving as guest #80 goes to Star Trek: Voyager actress and director Roxann Dawson, who'll make her only 2015 convention appearance at The Official Star Trek Convention. “We are so thrilled to have Roxann join us for our big Voyager 20th Anniversary Focus Day on Saturday," Creation Entertainment co-founder and co-CEO Gary Berman told StarTrek.com. "It is always amazing to watch the career arcs of some of the scarily talented folks who were on Star Trek and parlayed their roles into directing and producing, all beginning with one of our mentors, Leonard Nimoy. Roxann’s career path after Voyager took her on a super-exciting journey, and we’ve enjoyed watching her blossom as a creative force in her own right, especially having a hand in crafting the huge super-hit Scandal and lending her talents to one of our favorite shows, Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” Creation Entertainment's Official Star Trek Convention will be held August 6-9 at the Rio Suites Hotel in Las Vegas.
