After viewing the exploits of
Kirk,
Picard,
Sisko, and
Janeway on DVD over the last few years, we now turn our attention to
Captain Archer and his crew from
Star Trek: Enterprise as they join their fellow Starfleet officers in being immortalized on DVD.
Star Trek: Enterprise Season 1 arrives on DVD on May 3, 2005, courtesy of Paramount Home Entertainment. Enterprise Season 1 details the adventures of the crew of the Enterprise NX-01 during Starfleet's pre-Federation days. Crew members include Captain Jonathan Archer (Scott Bakula), Chief Medical Officer Dr. Phlox (John Billingsley), Sub-Commander T'Pol (Jolene Blalock), Chief Engineer Commander Charles "Trip" Tucker (Connor Trinneer), Armory Officer Lieutenant Malcolm Reed (Dominic Keating), Helmsman Travis Mayweather (Anthony Montgomery), and Communications Officer Hoshi Sato (Linda Park). During Season 1, the Enterprise crew makes first contact with several new alien races and encounters the Suliban, responsible for starting the Temporal Cold War.
The DVD release dates for the subsequent seasons are:
