Hitting newsstands on August 22 will be a new Star Trek magazine. New, at least, to the U.S. market. Titan Magazines, the company responsible for a long-running Trek periodical in the U.K. and Ireland, has gained the rights to distribute their magazine domestically on a bi-monthly basis.

The new Star Trek Magazine will provide news, features and updates on future projects direct from the studio and producers in each issue. In Issue #1, take a seat at the Captain's Table, featuring every Star Trek Captain from Kirk to Archer, and see if you have what it takes to be a Starfleet Captain! Popular cartoonist Dave Reddick will feature an exclusive comic strip for the magazine, and Star Trek Insider Dave Rossi will give his account of the goings on behind the scenes in a regular Star Trek column. Also, we speak with Star Trek: Enterprise's Matt Winston and we look back at a classic episode in Flashback!

Each issue of the magazine will feature exclusive interviews with cast and production crew members, retrospective features, news on the latest merchandise, the inside scoop on the latest Star Trek projects, Star Trek questions answered, columns by Star Trek experts and insiders and much, much more.
