In 2390, Tessa, a Starfleet lieutenant, accompanied her lover, Chakotay, and Harry Kim, when they stole the Delta Flyer. They took the Flyer and made an unauthorized, temporal return via slipstream, to rescue the ice-embedded U.S.S. Voyager of 2375.
