Leader of the villagers who fought Tyree's hill people with help from the Klingons who provided them with flintlock weapons. When Captain Kirk of the U.S.S. Enterprise visited the planet in 2267, he armed Tyree's people with similar weapons in order to restore the balance of power on that planet.
