Alexander Siddig joins "Kingdom of Heaven" Star Trek: Deep Space Nine's Alexander Siddig ("Dr. Julian Bashir") has become a member of the cast of "Kingdom of Heaven." The Ridley Scott film is set amidst the 12th-century Crusades, and Siddig will be playing Imad, a cavalry general and aide de camp of a sultan who is seeking to retake Jerusalem. Siddig's costars include Orlando Bloom, Liam Neeson, Eva Green and David Thewlis. "Kingdom of Heaven" is scheduled for a 2005 release.
Mulgrew's "Tea at Five" Extends Florida Run, Hosts "Tea Party"
Kate Mulgrew (Star Trek: Voyager's Captain Kathryn Janeway) continues to bask in the wild success of "Tea at Five," the one-woman show written by Matthew Lombardo. Mulgrew's celebrated performance as Katharine Hepburn in the West Palm Beach, Florida run at the Cuillo Theatre has been, due to overwhelming demand, extended through February 22.
Additionally, the Sunday, February 8 matinee performance is a special benefit "Tea Party," with all net proceeds from the $150 ticket event going to benefit the Southeast Florida Chapter of the Alzheimer's Association. The matinee performance will be followed with High Tea in the lobby with Mulgrew, a picture with her and an autographed playbill.

Star Trek Veteran Ruskin Onstage in Hollywood
Perhaps the only actor to appear in Star Trek's Original Series, DS9, Voyager, "Star Trek: Insurrection" and Star Trek: Enterprise will be appearing in "Ma Rainey's Black Bottom" at the Lillian Theatre in Hollywood from January 30 — March 7. Joseph Ruskin has played a number of alien beings on Star Trek, beginning with the master thrall Galt in the TOS episode "The Gamesters Of Triskelion" and then returning to Star Trek over 20 years later in the DS9 episodes as the Klingon Tumek in "The House Of Quark," and "Looking For par'Mach in All the Wrong Places" and the Cardassian Gul Rusol in "Improbable Cause." He played the Vulcan Master in the Voyager episode "Gravity," a Son'a Officer in "Star Trek: Insurrection" and then a Suliban doctor in the Enterprise premiere episode "Broken Bow, Part I." Star Trek Voyager Guest Star Terry Lester Remembered
Terry Lester, who appeared on Voyager as the Kazon Jal Haron in the second season episode "Maneuvers," passed away on November 28th. Lester is best known for originating the role of Jack Abbott on daytime soap, The Young and the Restless. He was 53.
