Merri D. Howard is the latest Star Trek: Voyager staff member to remain on the Paramount lot for Series V. She will continue in the role of Supervising Producer.

Howard has been with Star Trek since the second season of Star Trek: The Next Generation, when she joined the show as First Assistant Director. After a year she moved up to Unit Production Manager and later to Line Producer. When TNG ended, she jumped ship to Voyager as Producer. Her title later expanded to Co-Supervising Producer and then Supervising Producer. Her job is to oversee production of the entire episode from finished script to the end of shooting.
