The Complete Star Trek: Deep Space Nine set features cards from all 176 original DS9 episodes, also includes, in each box, two randomly inserted cards autographed by any of the following members of the DS9 main cast: Rene Auberjonois ("Odo"), Avery Brooks ("Benjamin Sisko"), Nicole deBoer ("Ezri Dax"), Michael Dorn ("Worf"), Terry Farrell ("Jadzia Dax"), Colm Meaney ("Miles O'Brien," this is Meaney's first official autograph card ever), Armin Shimerman ("Quark"), Alexander Siddig ("Julian Bashir"), Nana Visitor ("Kira Nerys"), as well as supporting cast members such as Jeffrey Combs (Weyoun), J. G. Hertzler (Martok), William Sadler (Sloan), Wallace Shawn (Grand Nagus Zek) and more.

A five-card subset of the set are the Deep Space Nine costume cards, containing actual costume material from costumes worn on the show by cast members, including costumes of Worf, Intendant Kira Nerys, Quark, Garak and Odo. Four of these cards will be inserted on an average of one in every 100 packs, while the fifth costume card of Odo will be exclusive to the Collectors Binder. The collector's binders will also contain an exclusive P3 promo card of the U.S.S. Defiant and 25 plastic 9-pocket pages to hold your collection.

Other subsets for this series include a 27-card Allies and Enemies set featuring many of the shows recurring characters, a nine-card Ships of the Dominion War set featuring the ships used during the show's main conflict arc, a six-card Altered Realities set showing the alternate versions of the crew from the Mirror Universe and a ten-card Deep Space Nine Gallery set.
