Burton's Reading Rainbow Needs Help

The Associated Press reports that Reading Rainbow may, in fact, only have a few months to live. Only four new episodes were produced this year, and the show is currently looking for funding. "If you are a wealthy philanthropist out there, I'm not that difficult to find," Burton said, addressing the crowd at this year's Daytime Emmys. The concert will also feature performances of the works of Trek composers Cliff Eidelman, Jerry Goldsmith and James Horner. The concert is scheduled for June 7 at 7 p.m. For ticket information, check out LAMC's official site.
