Ever wonder what would happen if
Leeta the Dabo Girl joined forces with Ash from "Evil Dead" to save the world? Find out tonight ... sort of.
Chase Masterson (who played Leeta on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine) and sci-fi favorite Bruce Campbell headline Sci-Fi Channel's original movie "Terminal Invasion," which premieres tonight, November 14, at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Masterson plays tough-as-nails pilot Cathy Garrett, while Campbell portrays convicted murderer Jack Edwards. Both are stranded at a small, rural airport, waiting out a blizzard. Things get really crazy when a group of hostile aliens land nearby and Garrett, Edwards and the rest of humanity must battle to survive. The movie was directed and executive produced by Sean S. Cunningham, who also helmed Friday the 13th.
Masterson says that her role in "Terminal Invasion" is quite different from parts she's played in the past. "I'm described as the alpha female," she told Science Fiction Weekly. "I'm pretty straightforward, no-holds-barred, very 'True Grit' kind of gal. I've really enjoyed playing this role, because of that. It's very different than a lot of stuff that I've done."
