Fans who attended Creation Entertainment's Star Trek: The Next Generation 15th Anniversary convention in Pasadena last weekend got treated to a special sneak peek of actual costumes, props and production artwork used in "Star Trek Nemesis."

The exhibit, provided by Paramount Pictures, Viacom Consumer Products and the office of Rick Berman, is the first time these items have been seen publicly since production was completed on the 10th Star Trek film. "Nemesis" is currently in the final stages of post-production and will be released in theaters December 13.

Shinzon's outfit — the one seen prominently on the "Nemesis" poster and worn by Tom Hardy during production — was there in its multi-colored glory. Also, the uniform of a Reman officer was on display, along with a Romulan Senator's outfit and the robe worn by the Romulan Praetor.

Deanna Troi's pink wedding dress — used for her nuptials to William Riker — was a real eye-catcher. Next to it were Jean-Luc Picard's dress white uniform, also used in the wedding scene, along with Worf's uniform and Guinan's costume. A new character, an android prototype called "B-4" (played by Brent Spiner) lent his yellow jumpsuit to the exhibit.

A cache of weapons made for the film was on show, including hand phasers and phaser rifles of both the Romulan and Reman variety, along with those of Starfleet. Shinzon's Reman knife (also seen in the movie poster) appeared to be stained with blood. Other hand props included Starfleet PADDs and Isolinear Chips.

Production artwork on display included sketches of ships such as Shinzon's Scimitar, the Romulan starship Valdore, and the Reman fighter ship Scorpion. There were also production designs of the Romulan Senate chambers, the Scimitar bridge and other sets. Various Romulan logos and costume conceptual drawings rounded out the production art.

A sampling of pictures from the Nemesis Museum can be seen at the Photo Gallery link above.

Complete coverage of the special anniversary convention will be seen here at STARTREK.COM in the days ahead. Be sure to check back to find out what Patrick Stewart, Brent Spiner and other stars of TNG have to say about "Nemesis," along with writer John Logan!
