Star Trek fans looking for something to watch other than football next Sunday won't be disappointed. The National Network (TNN) has announced its
Star Trek programming for the month of February, and is including a "Super
Star Trek Saturday and Sunday" movie marathon.
Starting Saturday, February 2 at 2:00 p.m., TNN will air "Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan," followed by "Star Trek III: The Search for Spock." The next day, as the New England Patriots take on the St. Louis Rams in the Super Bowl, TNN will continue the marathon with "Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home" followed by "Star Trek V: The Final Frontier."
Along with running episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation twice a night, Monday through Thursday, TNN will be devoting its entire Friday night lineup to TNG during February, presenting four episodes in a row from 8:00 p.m. to midnight. The network will also be running "mini-marathons" of TNG episodes on Sunday afternoons.
