This Thanksgiving, TNN will commemorate the holiday in
Star Trek fashion by airing a 14-hour marathon of
Star Trek: The Next Generation episodes hosted by none other than
TNG's Captain,
Patrick Stewart ("
Jean-Luc Picard").
Calling the event "Star Gazing On Star Trek: The Next Generation Marathon," the episodes selected for the marathon all feature Hollywood stars making cameo appearances, including Frasier's Kelsey Grammar, big-screen starlet Ashley Judd, Broadway and Cheers star Bebe Neuwirth and TNG's appearance from Original Series cast member Leonard Nimoy ("Spock").
Stewart will be hosting the marathon and adding trivia about the series and the celebrity guest stars. The marathon actually takes place the Friday after Thanksgiving, November 23, beginning at 9:00 a.m., ET/PT and running all day until 11:00 p.m., ET/PT.
The marathon is comprised of episodes including "First Contact," "Darmok," "The Game," "Cause and Effect" and both parts of "Unification." If you don't know which celebrity guest-stars appeared in which episodes, you'll have to tune in to TNN to find out.
