Shatner's Ersatz Invasion ...
William Shatner, after his big-screen appearance this weekend in "Miss Congeniality 2," returns to the small screen for Invasion Iowa, the spoof reality show that begins Tuesday and runs till Friday, April 1 on Spike TV.
"The townspeople think William Shatner is coming to shoot a science fiction movie called 'Invasion Iowa.' What they don't know is that the movie is fake, and they're about to take a front row seat to a ridiculous parody of Hollywood," is how the Spike TV Web site describes the show. We think it looks like fun, so be sure to catch the hijinks!

And the Real Charity Horse Show
Don't forget that later next month on Saturday, April 30, you can join Shatner and friends for the 15th annual Hollywood Charity Horse Show at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center in Burbank.
Shatner's annual show has drawn some big names over the years to help raise money for several different charitable organizations. The HCHS has plenty to offer, including food, horses, entertainment for kids and music for all. This year, singer songwriter Ben Folds will be the headlining guest, with The Jack Lantz Big Band providing the swing music.
