A Klingon ship, Vor'Cha-class, (pronounced "toe-CAT") that filed a flight plan and returned a month early from the Gamma Quadrant. Seconds after exiting the wormhole, the ship imploded, due to a bomb planted by first officer, Hon'Tihl.
