The Pike was the Enterprise's Shuttlepod 12, and Data used it to transport volatile materials to Kivas Fajo's ship.

The pod was later destroyed by Fajo, as part of the greedy collector's plan to cover-up his kidnapping of Data.

This shuttle is named for retired fleet captian Christopher Pike, second captain of the original Constitution-class Enterprise.
