Onizuka is the given name of the Enterprise's Shuttlepod 7, initially misnumbered as 05, which is the El-Baz's number.

The shuttlepod was named after Terran-American astronaut, Ellison Onizuka, an astronaut who, in 1986, perished with seven others in an early space tragedy aboard the NASA shuttle, Challenger.
