A male Vulcan who commanded the Seleya during its ill-fated mission to explore the thermobaric clouds of the Delphic Expanse perimeter. He had led the ship for at least four years, when T'Pol had served as a deputy science officer before being assigned to Vulcan's Earth Consulate.
