Located on a Bajoran moon, the abandoned underground base of the onetime Bajoran underground during the occupation is known to both Li and Major Kira -- who were in different cells. Kira and Dax retrieved an old Bajoran raider from there to get news of the Circle's unrealized Cardassian backing past the post-coup blockade. If the designation refers to the moon's order, it is on Jeraddo, but more likely it is one in a numbered version of a string of bases in the Bajoran moons.
