Its capital city is awash with giant and continuous state-controlled messages extolling self-sacrifice, order, and subservience to the government -- with a characteristic emphasis on the family and children.  The central prison is located there.

Another city is Lakaria City. It is only one of dozens of worlds devastated economically with the old order's collapse and the Klingon invasion.
