A remote Class-M planet located near the Romulan Neutral Zone. Targeted as a potential Federation member, no doubt due to its strategic location. Its humanoid matriarchy was visited by a UFP ship in 2302 before the U.S.S. Enterprise-D came looking for a disabled freighter's survivors 62 years later. It has no traces of naturally-occuring platinum.
