Veteran television producer Harve Bennett served as Executive Producer on "Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan," for which he also co-wrote the story (with Jack B. Sowards). He then co-wrote and produced the next three Star Trek films.

Bennett made a cameo appearance in "Star Trek V: The Final Frontier" as the Admiral named "Bob."
