 Episode: TNG 116 - 11001001

Quinteros participated in the construction of the U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-D at the Utopia Planetia Fleet Yards. Quinteros was also at Starbase 74 in 2364 when the Enterprise arrived for computer upgrades.
