A tall Dramian, and head of security for the Supreme Prefect, Commander Demos wears a circular device on his upper chest, perhaps denoting rank. His ears stick out quite prominently. In late 2270, he helps arrest Doctor McCoy for crimes supposedly committed 19 years earlier on Dramia II. Later, Demos sneaks aboard the Enterprise in his patrol craft, intent on stopping the crew from making matters worse on Dramia II. Although he is exposed to the Dramian plague, and partially succumbs to it, Demos is eventually healed by McCoy's antidote.
