Enterprise-D engineering crew member. During the ship's mission to the Typhon Expanse in 2368, Fletcher was working with Commander Geordi La Forge on a catwalk over the warp core when La Forge became dizzy. Fletcher caught La Forge before he tumbled off the catwalk, probably saving his life.
