Talaxian who grew up on Rinax, a moon of Talax. Alixia and her brother Neelix often went exploring in such places as the Caves of Touth and the equatorial dust shrouds, and they even hunted arctic spiders together. Alixia died in the war with the Haakonian Order around 2356, along with most of the rest of her family. Neelix missed Alixia very much, and treasured a necklace he kept that once belonged to her.
