Chief Engineer aboard the U.S.S. Enterprise-D during its first year of operation (2364). Argyle oversaw the warp drive tests conducted by Kosinski and the Traveler which propelled the Enterprise outside the galaxy. He also supervised the re-assembly and reactivation of Data's twin android Lore.
