Falow
Falow and the Wadi bring the game of chula to DS9

Wadi
Episode: DS9 410 - Move Along Home

Origin: Gamma Quadrant

Space-faring and game-loving humanoid race (pronounced "WAH-dee") from an unspecified planet whose people are the first formally known to be contacted from the Alpha-Beta quadrants, at least through the Bajoran wormhole.

A delegation arrived at Deep Space Nine three weeks after a Vulcan ship made first contact in 2369. Notable characteristics of the Wadi are that they are mostly tall with four or so blue painted designs unique to each person on the forehead and right temple; the males have straight long hair braided in back, the females' are in upswept or short styles; they applaud by clapping the back of one hand to the palm of another; and they value gemstones.
