Where can I find the official rules of the games I see on Star Trek, like Three-dimensional chess, Parrises squares, Velocity, Dabo, etc.?

Unfortunately, rules for most of the games seen on Star Trek (except for ones we already know, like chess, poker and pool) are not actually written, unless they are explained on the show itself. The reason there are no rules for many games is that they are not always needed; the games we see on Star Trek are merely dramatic devices created by the writers for whatever particular scene(s) they may be required. Sometimes, as with kal-toh, a brief description is given ("Riddles").

Star Trek has always been ahead of its time, so maybe one day we will see similar games to the ones we see on the show. It's good to know that in the future, new games are still being invented or acquired from different cultures around the galaxy.
