How does "Remember me on this computer" work?

When you log in as a member of STARTREK.COM, you have the option to have the site "remember" you. Fill in your e-mail address and password, check the box next to "Remember me on this computer" then click SUBMIT.

After you visit the site, and close your browser - even shut down your computer - you can return to the site and it will still remember you. Your name will appear in the "Welcome" message at the top of the page, your "Where to Watch" information will be displayed, and you'll be able to participate in Community activities like Fan Reviews and Message Boards. You'll have all the benefits of membership without having to log in again.

If you want to access your Membership information, you'll be asked for your password. That's to protect your information from someone else using the same computer.

If you click LOG OUT, the site will no longer remember you. When you return, if you want to have the benefits of membership, simply log in again.

If you use a public computer in a library or Internet cafe, you should LOG OUT when you're finished.

Your browser must have cookies enabled in order for this to work properly.
