I submitted several questions in the last special event chat, but they were never answered. Why does this happen?
We receive thousands of questions for each celebrity chat. As our time with the guests is limited, we are unable to answer all of the submitted questions. We try to pick questions that are well thought out and are representative of the many submitted questions.
