Why didn't you send me the newsletter?

If you subscribed to a STARTREK.COM e-mail newsletter, but never received it, the e-mail was probably blocked somehow.

NOTE: From April 2006 to February 2007 our newsletter was sent via sportsline.com; starting in March 2007 the newsletter is sent from the startrek.com domain. If you are not receiving the newsletter there is a very good chance that your Internet Service Provider is blocking e-mail from our domain. If you have tried the other steps on this page and still do not receive the newsletter, please contact your ISP and ask them to allow e-mail from startrek.com; after all, we don't send you anything that you didn't ask for.

Perhaps you have some sort of "spam blocking" software installed, or your e-mail application filters your incoming messages. If so, please configure it to allow e-mail from startrek.com to get through. The newsletter e-mails come from the address startreknews @ newsletter.startrek.com.

If you have done all of this and still don't see a newsletter from us, please send an e-mail to community@startrek.com. You must provide the e-mail address that you used when joining the site.
