Why didn't you send my membership activation e-mail message?

If you joined STARTREK.COM and never received the account activation e-mail, or changed your e-mail address and did not receive the confirmation e-mail, it was probably blocked somehow.

When you join, our system immediately sends the activation e-mail to you. It might take a few minutes or even a few hours to get to your in-box, depending on your e-mail service.

Please check your Spam folder. If you don't find it there, perhaps your Internet Service Provider has blocked e-mail from the startrek.com domain. Please contact your ISP and ask them to allow e-mail from startrek.com; after all, we don't send you anything that you didn't ask for.

Perhaps you have some sort of "spam blocking" software installed. If so, please configure it to allow e-mail from startrek.com to get through. Registration e-mails come from the address registration @ mail.startrek.com.

To request that your activation e-mail be sent to you again, click here.

If you have done all of the above and still don't see an e-mail from us, please send an e-mail to community@startrek.com. You must provide the e-mail address that you used when registering on the site.

NOTE: if you do not respond to the activation e-mail within 72 hours after you join, your "new" account will be deleted.
