If any of these sound familiar, please try the following steps:
- Do not use the AOL Web browser. Try a different browser, perhaps Internet Explorer or Safari. (For more information, click here)
- Make sure you are using the latest version of your Web browser.
- Make sure your browser allows cookies.
- Check your security settings. If your settings are "High" you may not be able to log in or enter contests.
- If you have EarthLink Accelerator turned on, try turning it off when you register or log in.
- Make sure you have properly entered all the required information in the registration form. Required items have a bold label.
