If you are a registered STARTREK.COM member, and are logged in, and still don't see any Where to Watch information, you may be missing a key bit of data.
VERY IMPORTANT: In order for your TV schedule information to be properly displayed, you MUST be a resident of the United States, and you MUST choose a Cable or Satellite TV Provider. Here's how to do that:
- Log In to the site.
- Go to the "My Membership" page.
- Make sure you have specified your ZIP Code and Country (United States).
- At the bottom of the page, locate the section titled "Your 'Where to Watch' Information."
- Click the link to select your provider.
- Choose your Cable or Satellite TV Provider from the list.
- If you don't find your Provider, choose Broadcast.
- Click "OK" to make your selection.
- Back on the "My Membership" page, click "Submit" to save this new information.
As you browse the site, you should see the TV schedule information as described above.
NOTE: At this time our schedule data does not include any Satellite providers (e.g. DirecTV, Dish). However, we are working to add that data.
