If you requested that STARTREK.COM e-mail your password to you, but never received it, the e-mail was probably blocked somehow.
Perhaps your Internet Service Provider has blocked e-mail from the startrek.com domain. Please contact your ISP and ask them to allow e-mail from startrek.com; after all, we don't send you anything that you didn't ask for.
Perhaps you have some sort of "spam blocking" software installed. If so, please configure it to allow e-mail from startrek.com to get through. Password e-mails come from the address registration @ mail.startrek.com.

If you have done all of this and still don't see an e-mail from us, please send an e-mail to community@startrek.com. You must provide the e-mail address that you used when joining the site.
