Question: So did Insurrection do well at the box office?
Derek
Jonathan Frakes: It's still doing well. I just returned from opening it in Spain and Brussels, where everyone had gone to Germany to see it. Months before.
Q: Do you volunteer to direct the movies, or do you ask to? And is continuingly being a part of Star Trek cool?
#1 fan

Q: Any chances of you making a guest appearence on Star Trek Voyager to meet Seven of Nine?
From your Fans in the UK
JF: If they would spring me from prison from DS9, as Tom, maybe he would be available for 7 of 9. Because I think Wil is spoken for with a beautiful Betazoid.
Q: Are you planning on attending any conventions near the St. Louis area anytime soon?
Maestro
JF: Is Pasadena close to St. Louis?
Q:Mr. Frakes- When you helped to make Star Trek Insurrection, did you intend for the renewed romance between Riker and Troi to be a permanent thing, or would it be a one time deal?

JF: Marina and I both hope that this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
Q: What's the latest update you can give us on your Total Recall gig?

Sasquatch Lover
JF: I owe everything I have to Udo.

Q: As most loyal Trek fans know, several scene cuts have been made to Insurrection and First Contact. Any plans to do a special edition DVD or Laserdisc of any of the Trek titles that you've directed?
