Casey Slack of Waterloo was dressed like a Horta from the episode "Devil In The Dark". He was promoting a show that he was doing as people handed out fliers about his show. The Horta was performing on the stage while everyone was waiting for the, 2009 Trek Fest in Riverside Iowa, costume contest to start. I went out on to the stage and placed my hands on the Horta and cryed out "Pain, Pain, Pain, Pain, PAIN"!
