Zahir
A Mikhal Traveler from the Delta Quadrant, one of several to help the crew of the U.S.S. Voyager map a route back to the Alpha Quadrant. In 2373, during the course of his dealings with the Voyager crew, Zahir developed strong feelings towards Kes. Although she was encouraged to join him in his travels, Kes ultimately declined.
