Hailing from the Delta Quadrant's Kohl settlement, where severe glaciation struck, Viorsa was one of five Kohl settlers to create a podded hibernation system as a means of survival. A malfunction in the system created an evil clown from their collective subconscious fears that took control of their virtual mind hookup. Viorsa hailed the assing Voyager crew, but was later killed as an example to others kept in his virtual prison.
