Vin (Argus)

A senior, hardened security officer of Sanctuary District "A" in 2024 AD's San Francisco who had a front-row seat on the Bell Riots after he unwittingly took the accidentally time-tripped Capt. Sisko and Dr. Bashir into custody for lack of IDs. He and partner Bernardo Calvera were among others then taken hostage in the district's Processing Center by the rioters, but was safely released after Gabriel Bell saved his life from riot police who stormed the center to free them. The experience changed Vin's mind about the residents' plight being a larger social failing and not one of their own individual doing.
