Open Sky terrorist Vel
In addition to running a freighter, Vel was an active member of the Open Sky terrorist group rebelling against the oppressive Akritiri regime. In 2373 the bomb detonated in the Laktivia recreation facility, killing 47 people, was manufactured on Vel's freighter. Vel had a younger sister named Piri.
