Lt. (j.g.) Trillya reports from USS Shepard

A near-humanoid female junior communications officer aboard the USS Shepard when it it is disabled, like so many other Starfleet vessels, by the passing "whalesong probe" in 2286. It is Lt. Trillya who is seen relaying her ship's dire status from Capt. Clampett on one of several large monitor screens in Starfleet HQ.
