A star system that adjoins the Rubicun system.
In 2364, the U.S.S. Enterprise-D delivered colonists to a planet within this system. The nearby Rubicun system contains a planet, Rubicun III, that is ruled by the Edo entity. This entity disapproved of the colonists living within the Strnad system. They were subsequently removed and relocated.
