Commodore Stone
Starfleet captain who was later promoted and put in charge of Starbase 11. In 2267 Stone presided over a court-martial of James T. Kirk over the apparent death of Ben Finney. Soon afterwards, Commodore Stone stepped down as commander of Starbase 11, replaced by Commodore Jose Mendez.
